Plans, minutes stored, minutes streamed, overage, the free trial and VAT.
Plans
Plans are priced by two numbers: minutes stored and minutes streamed per month. There is no per-seat pricing.

What a minute means
- Minutes stored is the total length of the videos in your library. Twenty 5-minute demos is 100 minutes stored.
- Minutes streamed is how many minutes of video your viewers watch in a month. A 5-minute demo watched 2,000 times is 10,000 minutes streamed.
Overage
If your viewers watch more than your plan includes, extra minutes streamed cost $2 per 1,000. There is no bandwidth "fair use" clause.
Where to see usage
Your usage is shown in the app against your plan. You can also ask your agent, which calls the get_usage tool.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. A card is needed to start, and there is no free plan afterwards.
Billing and VAT
Billing is handled by Stripe, which is the merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars and include VAT. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
